The Guardian

Having no formal guardian and unable to attend any programs or utilise any supports, Brian was unable to have a signed Service Agreement. Our Support Coordinator liaised with the group home and assisted Brian in applying for Guardianship. They personally supported him at the Guardianship Hearing and eventually Brian was granted Guardianship.

Subsequently, Brian was able to attend a Day Program, go to the dentist, receive Behaviour Support and Speech Pathology and receive support from an Occupational Therapist.
